This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This WIG IS INSANE! Everything about it especially for the price and length (20") has me floored! It's SOFT, does not TANGLE and it doesn't take too much to style. Will definitely see what happens in a few months (be back with an update). But as of right now ill definitely buy again.
