This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

so beautiful i love them. they’re pretty much exactly my hair colour, my hair is pretty short but you can’t tell with the extensions in. they’re very soft and aren’t over the top shiny to the point they look fake, they look like real hair. they don’t seem to tangle too much and are easy to brush out!
