This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

The seller was good at communicating with me. The item arrived very quickly I was a bit reluctant to buy it because the free delivery option said 7-15 days but it actually arrived within 4 days. This was really convenient for me. The hair has good texture and feels very soft. The closure even has a bit of hair left in the front for edges to be made from (baby hairs).
