This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I have 3 24s and I love them. They hair is true to length and the bundles didn't have a smell when I got them. I haven't seen a lot of shedding which I love! The shipping was fast I received the hair three days after ordering and the communication was AMAZING. I will be ordering from WIGGINS again! PS. for some reason its not letting me upload a picture but the hair is soft, silk, and blending well with the color in my hair.
