This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Very soft hair, ordered from this vendor before so I knew the hair texture was going to be good . The hair is pretty thin so if you want it to be a little thicker maybe add a bundle to it like i did . It shipped out super fast !
