Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Its still nice amazing. The hair doesnt tangle or shed at all, I can run my hands through it. The hair is truly density inch, which is much better than I expected.
