This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

This hair is amazingggg. It came with a wig cap and some cute lashes. I didn’t have to customize it much, it basically came ready to wear. The only reason there’s a crease is because I had it in a ponytail, but it’s a great wig for beginners.
