This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I ordered three bundles and I was super nervous about the quality since it was so long, however I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hair felt. It was definitely thin at the ends, however for the price you really can’t beat it. It also shipped quickly and I received my hair in about a week!

Took 4 days to come to the UK!!! The hair is soft and silky and doesn’t have a bad smell. The packaging is so pretty aswell and inside scams a wig cap.
