This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

You guys need to sell more hair . I’ll be a customer for life . My hair stylist was blown away from the quality of the lace . I wish you guys had this color in curly omg . The hair was a gem . Has shedding but not excessive . Holds curls MEDUIM . Other wise from that the hair is beautiful and worth the buy.

The hair is soft! It feels like butta. The color is bright. It curls well! I did use hair holding spray when curling. You will need to bleach the knots,but i winged the first time wearing it outside. I am dark skin so I want it to look good with my skin tone. but it's a winner for me. I did purchase the 26in, wish I went longer tho.
