First off the hair came in the space of no time! I was in love with how soft the hair was, little to no shedding and the seller was even in contact with me throughout the entire delivery process and even after. I loved this wig. It’s true to length, and came with two wig caps and extra adjustable straps although they weren’t needed. The hair had no smell out of the packaging. The lace is extremely durable if you want to pluck or customize the unit, although it was already fine for my liking, and it melts easily even without heat. I did flat iron the hair and it took well. All around reccomended the unit.
