This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Love the hair so far. Shedding and tangling is very minimal so far. One thing I can say about this hair is that it’s very soft. Only complaint is that the hair will need to be flat ironed to get a real straight look. After being washed it has the same texture as if you did a braid out in it or hair that was wand curled several days ago. Color is absolutely beautiful and bright.
