This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This product was exactly as described so far! I only just now received them. I ordered them last Thursday or Friday and the got here the following Tuesday via usps. The lace is extremely great and the is preplucked to perfection; I’ll barely have to pluck for my widows peak shape! The bundles are big and full from ‘root’ to tip! Beautiful natural luster and body. I got a 12” inch frontal and bundles in 14,16&18 inches. No shedding on neither the bundles nor the closure so far.
