This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

its natural state its real silky and it barely sheds notice i said barely cause it does shed a little bit. I got on the pool wit this hairand when it dried it gave a body wave kind of wave its also cute. Then i had it colored it took color very well. A bit more shedding but thats expected. Overall i love it and I'll definitely purchase again.
