This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The hair came very quick and the seller was in contact with me the entire time. When the hair came I loved the way it felt and smelled and it didnt shed. I usually buy four but I didnt need the fourth because the bundles have a nice amount of hair in them. I recommended it four people already.
